Under vacation leaves, it is actually increasing to
two weeks after two years of employment instead of three
years. For paid holidays, we don't have a day off on
Christmas Eve, so its actually seven paid holidays per
calendar year.
CSR are entitled to claim incentive from company
commission. Company also offer 401K Retirement Plan as
part of employees benefit. (Only eligible for employees
who are 21 yrs old after one year of employment).
